GENIN

Name: Aqua Bunshin *
Description: A jutsu which creates clones composed of water. The water clones are significantly weaker than the user and are not capable of inflicting damage on the opponent since they are made to confuse the opponent and not to fight. A clone will have one fourth of the user's hp and no chakra.

Name: Aqua Bullet *
Description: A simple jutsu that causes a person to gradually produce water in their mouth that can be spit out at an opponent. It can hit with enough force to stun your opponent if it is done properly.

Name: Aqua Armor *
Description: A thin layer of water covers the user's whole body. It gives him/her a small protection by dampening the effects from (genin-level) fire techniques by cutting the damage done by them in half and does stand up against taijutsu. The armor stays activated for five posts.

Name: Aqua Shuriken *
Description: By using their chakra user manipulates water to form shuriken from it. Once the shuriken cut, hit, or fall to the ground they return to water with no form. The water can be re-used.

Name: Aqua Needle *
Description: By using their chakra user manipulates water to form needles from it. Once the needles cut, hit, or fall to the ground the return to water with no form. The water can be re-used.

CHUUNIN

Name: Aqua Sword *
Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user's hand. The user can freely decide what shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. However, this sword is weak and can only do minor slashes to human flesh, and can easily beaten by fire or high-pressure winds.

Name: Aqua Prison *
Description: A jutsu used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one arm inside the bubble at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned.

Name: Aqua Blast *
Description: The user must know Aqua bullet since this jutsu is the improved version, It is a simple jutsu that causes a person to gradually produce water in their mouth that can be spit out at an opponent. It can hit with enough force to stun your opponent if it is done properly.

Name: Aqua Wall *
Description: User creates a wall of water that can stop moderate techniques.

Name: Aqua Transmission *
Description: A technique which allows the user to transport from one place to another through puddles of water. Must be near puddles of water. Once per battle. Transports a person or persons up to 200 yards.


JOUNIN

Name: Aqua Barrier *
Description: An ultimate defense of the Hurricane Shinobi, Aqua Barrier requires a great deal of water to work. Upon completing the technique, a large, swirling barrier of water surrounds the user and any nearby allies. The barrier can stop major techniques and stays activated for five posts though the user must stay in the barrier because if he walks out of it the barrier will break. Attempting to breach the barrier with Taijutsu is self-defeating, the opponent who attempts to do so will find himself being whirled around the barrier and slammed into the ground several times throughout the duration of the technique as he is caught in its strong current.

Description: After the user is finished with the handseals it will start to rain for ten posts, The rain does no damage though the water of the rain can be used for jutsu's.

Name: Aqua Dragon *
Description: User creates a dragon out of water that can rush in towards the oponent causing moderate damage, when they hit or break they will turn into water again.

Name: Aqua Slicing Swirl *
Description: User wraps the water around his hands and extends it and sharpens it, User swirls around and lets the water go bit by bit so the sharpened water will hit 360 degrees.

KAGE

Name: Aqua Triad Dragons *
Description: User creates three dragons out of water that can rush in towards the opponent causing major damage, when they hit or break they will turn into water again.

Name: Aqua Hurricane *
Description: The user will create a Hurricane the most potent gale of devastation. A fierce storm wreaks havoc around him, while the user stays cradled within the gentle calm of its eye. The user can still move normally since the hurricane will keep surrounding the user for five posts. The hurricane causes major damage and can even stun the opponent for a while.
